Through snippets of conversations, the short documentary looks at the dynamic between ex-residents of Fordsburg (SA) who were forcibly removed during Apartheid, and people who have migrated from other countries more recently.

The film forms part of a collaborative oral histories project by Cheriese Dilrajh and Hemali Khoosal, initiated during their residency at The Bag Factory.
